Public Notice Regarding Our Clinic:
Due to recent events, Humboldt Spay and Neuter Clinic would like to take this moment to share our efforts regarding our clients and staff's safety and health. As of right now, our clinic will remain open during our normal business hours. Here are some of our new policies that we are adopting in attempts to limit the impact that COVID-19 may have:
HSNN has increased all sanitation protocols. We are continuously training staff members as new information is released to help limit the spread of COVID-19. In order to keep our workplace a safe environment, we have asked our staff to stay home if showing any signs or symptoms of being ill.
We ask that all clients showing symptoms of COVID-19 or those in direct contact with someone who is to call and reschedule your appointment(s). If you find yourself having to cancel or reschedule due to an illness we will keep your deposit on file until you are ready to reschedule. If you have questions or concerns, we are available to answer via phone (707) 442-7729 or email [email protected]
For clients who are elderly, immunocompromised or concerned with exposure and wish to keep your appointment, we ask that you remain in your vehicle at drop off and call our office so we can send a staff member to assist you.
We will continue to update our clients as things change.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
